This can be done by building connection between people and local resources to create wealth for the benefits of the participating members.Local community would be able leverage Government programs to expedite commonwealth building.
One of the key obstacles in rural life comes from a lack of tooling and over-reliance on manual and animal power doing daily activities. Basic mechanization of daily activities in farming and domestic chores will bring huge productivity improvement, free up time for men, women and children for creative pursuits, self-improvement and quality leisure.
A process of aggregation of interests and values an individual member of a society attach to different alternatives to elevate those into values for the community she belongs to. This aggregation must be fair, practical and theoretically sound. We encourage collective decision making through consensus building that serves good to the maximum within the community and makes the community accountable for its success and failure.
Service currency is a systemic approach to leverage community capabilities, labour and resources for the development of community infrastructure. Individual member of the community contributes labour in community projects gets service credit that he can utilize later for their personal or family benefit. Service currency is governed by elected community leadership (like Gram Panchayet) and guaranteed by a social contract among participating members.
